Almere, the Netherlands, 12 May 2016 - All the resolutions were adopted as proposed at the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 12 May 2016.

Further information was provided during the meeting regarding the public offer made by

Recruit Holdings Co. Ltd for all issued and outstanding shares of USG People. All resolutions relating to this public offer were adopted as proposed.

Furthermore the General Meeting of Shareholders adopted the annual accounts for 2015 and discharged the members of the Executive Board and the members of the Supervisory Board from liability for the performance of their tasks during the 2015 financial year.

All other resolutions submitted were also adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders as proposed.
