Plc Uutechnic Group Oyj, formerly Vaahto Group Plc Oyj, is a Finland-based technology company. The Company develops and manufactures paper-making and process machinery and provides consulting services that enhance production processes in the paper, board, pump and process industries. It operates one business segment: the Vaahto Process Technology segment provides its customers with product design and development, manufacturing, installation and start-up, and maintenance and spare parts services through the subsidiaries, Japrotek Oy AB and Ruehrtechnik International GmbH. It is divided into two business units: the Stelzer Mixing technology unit specializes in supplying mixing technology, such as agitators with a size range from magnetically driven agitators in vessels with a volume of tens of liters to digesters holding 10,000 cubic meters; and the Japrotek Vessels unit specializes in pressure vessels, such as tanks, columns, reactors and heat exchanges.
