Valley High Ventures Ltd. (Valley High) is engaged in the exploration of mineral resource properties principally in Mexico and in British Columbia and the Yukon Territory, Canada. As of October 31, 2010, the Company's principal asset had 49% interest in the Cordero Joint Venture (CJV) in Mexico operated by Levon Resources Ltd (Levon). Levon is engaged in phase III drill program at Cordero. It has a 90% interest in a portion of Lloyd claims (initially including the Boundary Zone) and a 100% interest in the remaining Lloyd claims. It also has a 100% interest in the Nordik, Buc, Calm and October claims subject to 2% net smelter return (NSR) royalty. It has also optioned the Flume property to Ryan Gold Inc. (Ryan Gold) in the Yukon. In addition, it also holds approximately 10,000 hectares that are located adjacent to Imperial Metals Corp's producing Mount Polley open-pit copper gold mine, in British Columbia, Canada. In March 2011, the Company was acquired by Levon Resources Ltd.
