São Caetano do Sul, July 26 , 2016- Via Varejo S.A. ('Company'), in compliance with the provisions of Article 157,Paragraph Four, of Law No.6,404, dated of December 15, 1976, and of CVM Rule No. 358, dated of January 3, 2002, hereby makes public the press release (attached hereto) disclosed on July 22, 2016, by Cnova N.V. ('Cnova NV') about the conclusion of the internal investigation conducted at its Brazilian subsidiary, Cnova Comércio Eletrônico S.A. ('Cnova Brasil').
