Management Change at Investment Manager

VietNam Holding Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Pham Ngoc Bich, Chief Executive Officer of its investment manager, VietNam Holding Asset Management, Ltd. ("VNHAM") , has tendered his resignation and will leave VNHAM with effect from 30 September 2014.

The VNHAM Board of Directors has appointed one of its members, Mr. Vu Quang Thinh, as Managing Director of VNHAM for an interim perioduntil an appropriate permanent replacement for Mr. Bich is appointed. Mr. Thinh will actively oversee VNHAM's operations in Vietnam.

Mr. Thinh served as the CEO of VNHAM from July 2011 until March 2014, and VNHAM has since benefited from his experience and expertise as a member of its Board of Directors. The Company is pleased that Mr. Thinh will support and reinforce VNHAM's local team until a new CEO of VNHAM is appointed.
