VILLA WORLD UNVEILS BAYSIDE'S ELLABAY

LEADING residential developer Villa World has unveiled a new boutique community in the heart of Brisbane's picturesque Redland Bay.

Ellabay will comprise 81 designer homes set amid natural bushland and creek just one kilometre from the shores of Moreton Bay.

The first stage of 43 homes has been released with prices starting at $499,000 and lots ranging in size from 375sqm to 644sqm.

It is Villa World's latest community in Brisbane's burgeoning Bayside region where the company has four active projects.

Villa World senior development manager Murray Simpson said the estate's parkland backdrop and central location would appeal to families.

"Through sales at our existing Bayside communities, we've identified strong and sustained demand for this type of product in the area," he said.

"Ellabay's appeal is strengthened by its leafy surrounds and access to schools, child care and retail, recreation and medical facilities."

Villa World has unveiled a range of new four-bedroom home designs at Ellabay, which will be delivered fully landscaped, NBN ready and set to move into.

"New homes have been designed to complement the coastal setting with premium 'extras' as standard," he said.

Each of the architect-designed homes includes high ceilings, premium stone bench tops and designer kitchen fixtures as well as a central media hub with USB and network outlets.

The community is just minutes to Redland Bay Village, Victoria Point Shopping Centre and within walking distance of lakeside bike paths and recreation facilities at Moreton Bay.

An onsite display home will open on 19 September at 2 Muller Street, Redland Bay.
