PARK VISTA FLOATS THE LAKES QUARTER

LEADING residential developer Villa World will start wrapping up the hugely popular Park Vista community at Mango Hill with its penultimate stage, The Lakes Quarter.

The second last stage in the community will feature some of the best-located lots in the estate, many with frontage to open green space.

Villa World senior development manager Gary Hunter said The Lakes Quarter offering would be among the most sought after at Park Vista.

"We've saved the best until last," he said.

Mr Hunter said Park Vista's proximity to the conveniences of the North Lakes precinct continued to drive the estate's popularity.

Located in one of Brisbane's fastest growing areas, Park Vista notched up 155 home sales worth more than $62 million in the second half of 2014.

The Lakes Quarter, which is fringed by bushland and water, comprises 95 lots on the final four streets to be released at the community.

Surrounded by 26 hectares of native bushland reserve, Park Vista's three- and four-bedroom homes will be priced from $400,000 and are within walking distance of the community's fully landscaped parks.

Park Vista is well located for work, education and play with major shopping, recreational facilities and more than a dozen public and private schools nearby.

Westfield North Lakes and the Bruce Highway are only 2km away while North Lakes Resort Golf Club is within easy reach.

Commuter access from Mango Hill to Brisbane's CBD is being bolstered by the construction of the $1.15 billion Moreton Bay Rail Link, which will cut travel time to the city by 15 minutes.
