(TSX:VGQ) announces that as a result of a review by the Autorité des marches financiers, it has filed on SEDAR an amended and restated annual information form for the fiscal year ended February 28, 2014, in that section thereof "Description of the Business" include additional disclosure on the Éléonore Royalty. Section "Risk Factors" was amended accordingly.
