Vonovia Mourns the Loss of Dr. Wulf H. Bernotat

Dr. Wulf H. Bernotat had served as the Chairman of Vonovia's Supervisory Board since 2013 and accompanied the real estate company from its IPO to the MDAX and finally into the DAX 30. He had always been an entrepreneurially minded, hands-on chairman and made substantial contributions to the strategic direction of Vonovia.

Between 2003 and 2010, Dr. Wulf H. Bernotat was CEO of E.ON AG. Prior to that position he had an international career with Shell and Veba, and he was CEO of Stinnes AG. Dr. Wulf H. Bernotat was born in Göttingen, Germany, in 1948. He received a law degree from the University of Göttingen.
