Replaces Will Galgey who moves within Kantar to become CEO, TNS UK

LONDON - Kantar is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Inskip as global CEO of its wholly-owned consulting business, The Futures Company.

Inskip will take up the role in early February replacing Will Galgey, who as previously announced is moving to TNS UK as CEO. Based in London, Inskip will lead The Futures Company's global board and report to Kantar President Wayne Levings.

Most recently a partner of growth consultancy Manifesto, Inskip's previous experience includes stints at Ogilvy, where he led their strategic consulting services in Europe; Accenture where he rose to become a partner and led the creation of Accenture's Digital Marketing Consultancy; and Centrica, where he gained significant digital experience through the creation and launch of house.co.uk. In 2007, he was named one of Campaign magazine's Rising Stars. In a consulting capacity, he has worked with dozens of the world's leading brands including Ikea, British Airways, American Express, Google, News Corp, Unilever, O2 & Disney.

Levings said: "Will has made an outstanding contribution to The Futures Company during the past 15 years. Under his leadership over the past four years the business has further developed and improved its offer and thought leadership, expanded into new geographies and cemented its position as the preeminent consultancy in its space. As Will moves onto his new role, he leaves with our thanks and best wishes.

"We are thrilled that Mark is joining The Futures Company. He brings with him a unique combination of deep experience from across the client, agency and consultancy worlds that will allow him to build upon the progress the business has made and to further improve its offer and solutions and to better address clients key questions and needs."

Inskip said: "I'm delighted to be offered the opportunity of leading such a brilliant business. I look forward to working with The Futures Company's strong team as we build on the great foundations already in place and take the company to its next level."

Over the past few years The Futures Company has grown to become the leading global provider of future-focused strategic insight and strategic planning consultancy. From its roots in the US and the UK it has extended its geographical footprint to encompass offices in Argentina, Brazil, Singapore and, most recently, China. Major clients include Unilever, Diageo, Coca-Cola and Samsung.
