To develop a 'Ways to Shop' Communication Concept

LONDON - OgilvyOne UK has been appointed by Inter IKEA Systems B.V. to work on a Global consulting project to develop a communications platform to promote the ways to shop at the IKEA stores and on the website. Inter IKEA Systems B.V. is the worldwide franchisor and IKEA concept owner, whose remit includes the online and in store experiences. The agency won the business in a three-way competitive pitch and will begin work immediately.

OgilvyOne will work with Inter IKEA Systems B.V. to identify and deliver a solution that puts customers "in control" while shopping at IKEA stores and online. The agency will carry out an extensive review of the IKEA customer journey to map, understand and optimise the customer experience. After this initial consulting assignment, OgilvyOne will develop and implement a communications strategy to help the World's largest furniture retailer raise awareness of the many ways people can shop at IKEA stores and online and the services available to them.
