WPP : Kantar Public appoints Sandra Lim as Executive Director for new Singapore office

SINGAPORE
- Kantar Public today announces the launch of its Singapore office and have appointed Sandra Lim as Executive Director.

Kantar Public is the largest research based government and public sector advisory business in the world, helping clients improve the delivery of public policies, public services and public communications.
The new practice in Singapore will focus on research, data and analytics; government communications effectiveness, digital service design and delivery, and behaviour change. Kantar Public's offer matches the ambition for Singapore to be a Smart Nation, where people are empowered by technology to lead meaningful and fulfilled lives. Working with the WPP Government and Public Sector Practice, Kantar Public will also support its clients in the government communications field with integrated campaign activity and digital government service delivery.
Sandra Lim has considerable data and insight advisory experience within both public and private sectors in Singapore and across the region. Sandra joins us from MRC where she was General Manager. In this role she focused on clients in the public realm including the Ministries of Education, Transport, Finance and Home Affairs. Prior to this she spent 10 years at Millward Brown and 4 years at TNS.
