Xerox (NYSE: XRX) today mourns the passing of Glenn R. Britt, a member of the company's board of directors. The company extends its deepest condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Mr. Britt.

"We will remember most Glenn's sharp financial mind and solid, real-life practical approach to problem solving. He was a valued member of our board and will be greatly missed. We will hold his family close to our hearts today."

Mr. Britt served as a director of Xerox since 2004. He most recently served as chairman of the Compensation Committee and had served as lead independent director.
