Turnover H1-2011   Turnover H1-2010 (restated)   Variation   Turnover H1-2010 (released)
?8.8M ?7.9M +11% ?9.5M

Note: The released H1 2010 turnover included a remainder from the management of the end of a bank authentication contract completed on behalf of the purchaser of this activity.

The restated H1 2010 turnover takes this fact into account to allow comparison versus H1 2011 turnover.

The turnover for the second quarter amounts 4.9 million euros, up 12.1% compared to Q2 2010 restated. With respect to the e-ID activity, the French National e-ID Card program has passed a significant step with the adoption of the legislative bill by the French National Assembly on July 7th and its submission to the Senate for review, thus validating XIRING's strategy and its prospects on this market for the years to come.

Georges LIBERMAN, Chairman and CEO, stated: "Our double-digit growth, in line with the trend of the first quarter, confirms the dynamic nature of our activity. The French Minister of Health, Mr. Xavier BERTRAND, chose to visit XIRING's R&D offices at the end of June, reflecting our position as a major player in e-Health security solutions".

Next important date: September 13, 2011: Publication of the results for the first half of 2011
