PARTNERSHIP WITH GOCONTACT NOS LAUNCHES CONTACT CENTER SOLUTION WITH AN "AS A SERVICE" MODEL NOS Comunicações enters a new segment in the business market, selling integrated Contact Center platforms.

The new offer, called "Contact Center aaS", is the result of an exclusive partnership with GoContact and makes a valuable addition to the portfolio of the NOS Comunicações corporate products.

This new solution takes on the form of "SaaS" (Cloud-based) and is Omni Channel, or, in other words, provides the customer with an integrated view among possible sales channels without needing to make a big initial investment, but also has the flexibility to grow and keep up with the changing demands of the company, and includes automatic upgrades. These features mark it out from the main market players, given its outstanding capability to be customized in order to be tailored quickly to the specific needs of each business.

To be noted is the fact that GoContact was this year awarded the NOS Innovation Prize in the category "Small and Medium Sized Enterprises", which was selected following a market survey.

According to Manuel Ramalho Eanes, Board Director of NOS, "this exclusive partnership now agreed with GoContact will enable NOS' portfolio of corporate products and services to be strengthened and create a new complementary business, based on our infrastructure. It also constitutes a healthy example of NOS' eco-system of partnerships and innovation synergies in action".

About the "Contact Center aaS" Solution

This is a professional Omni-channel solution for dealing with inbound contacts and for carrying out outbound campaigns. It is provided as a "cloud as a service" model, using the NOS infrastructure, and can be adapted to the needs of companies, by easily sizing the number of operators and queues appropriately.

The partnership between Go Contact and NOS allows an integrated offer with a 360º solution, lodged on the NOS data center, and complements the portfolio of NOS services, ranging from connectivity, ip centrex convergent solutions and mobile voice or special numbers.

This offer maximizes an effective costs synergy, increasing efficiency in terms of operation, integration and troubleshooting, and which, by being "multi-tenant", gives the customer the guarantee of product evolution with the resulting associated economies of scale.
