I have spent three decades rolling up my sleeves building great teams and companies.
I have helped lead entrepreneurial journeys from initial idea to international public company and beyond, providing a broad perspective on effective leadership, teamwork, customer interaction, corporate governance, creative deal making and go-to-market strategies.
I love working closely with passionate entrepreneurs who are on a mission to create value and who recognize the importance of building exceptional teams.
Prior to co-founding Argon Ventures with Bob, I served most recently as CEO of Brightcove (NASDAQ: “BCOV”).
In early 2005, I joined Bob as a founding executive and during my 13-year tenure at the company, I held numerous additional leadership roles, including President & Chief Operating Officer, President/International, EVP of Corporate Development, and Chief Legal Officer/EVP Global HR.
Before Brightcove, I held leadership roles at Lycos Inc., and previously practiced as a private attorney at the global law firm Shearman & Sterling, as well as at Choate Hall & Stewart.
I am a graduate of Cornell Law School and Tufts University and it gives me great pleasure to frequently guest lecture at each about my professional experiences and various topics on entrepreneurship.
This past year I was elected to join the Board of Governors of the Concord Museum in Concord Massachusetts, one of the country’s preeminent small museums which serves as a treasure of our national historical heritage, literary canon, calls to social justice and a celebration of the beauty of the natural world around us.
