ANCHOR QUESTION OFF-CAMERA (ENGLISH) SAYING:

The David French investment firm Bollore -- that's also on your list. It owns shipping terminals. And -- electric cars among other things. That stock is really had a wild ride over the last two years is going straight up. Practically a tripling over the last two and a half years. But you still believe that it undervalued. Why?

DAVID MARCUS, CEO AND CIO EVERMORE GLOBAL ADVISORS (ENGLISH) SAYING:

Well it really comes down to the quality of the assets that they own as well as the man driving the ship. That's Vincent Bollore. He's probably one of the greatest, unsung value investors in Europe. He's a good collector of undervalued assets and it turning around. In fact he is the reason why Vivendi so compelling. He is the guy who bought 5%. He's coming in as the new chairman now and it's pushed for this breakup. So his company which started almost 200 years ago by some of his ancestors. Even though the stock has had a good run, the fact is its still trades well below what we think the pieces are worth. He's in his early sixties, he's a dynamic value creator and we're getting all this value and significant discount. We call this kind of the stock a compounder. He's working for us every day of the week. Lastly David FCC we're not talking of the US government agency rather, the Spanish construction company. It was near bankruptcy last year, a lot of analysts are saying sell after the stock post three straight halves of loses. Why are you betting on this? Well again, we do like to go where there is crisis because you get your best valuations.

What's gonna drive this?

DAVID MARCUS, CEO AND CIO EVERMORE GLOBAL ADVISORS (ENGLISH) SAYING:

Construction is a small piece of their business, the gems are concessions. They are the largest water and waste removal company in Spain. And that's an international business as well. So when you value those other pieces and then you add in construction we really don't care if Spanish construction picks up or not it doesn't really impact here.
