Communications services companies slid.

Federal agents executed a search warrant and served a federal grand jury subpoena in July to Vince McMahon, the executive chairman of World Wrestling Entertainment, the company said Wednesday.

Federal law-enforcement and regulatory agencies also made "voluntary and compulsory legal demands" for documents related to sexual-misconduct allegations made against McMahon, the company said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Meanwhile, wireless venture Ligado Networks is in talks with its major creditors about a debt restructuring that would ease the way for a commercial deal to expand its satellite offerings, according to people familiar with the company's plans.
