New York Community Bancorp's shares rose after the lender closed a $1.05 billion capital infusion led by former Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin's investment firm, and as the lender divulged plans for a one-for-three reverse stock split.

Heritage Insurance's stock rose 14.5% Tuesday after its fourth-quarter earnings beat analyst expectations.
