Who wants $1.3 Billion of Paschi NPLs? Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena is about to sell 1.1 billion euros ($1.3 billion) in bad loans to Cerberus Capital Management, Bank of America and Illimity Bank, sources told Bloomberg.

Suspended. The London Stock Exchange will be forced to suspend the listing of 254 Swiss securities as from 1 July, if no agreement is reached between Switzerland and the European Union on the equivalence regime.

Bleeding stopped? The H2O management, affiliated to Natixis, has suffered 5.6 billion euros in withdrawals since last weekend and the revelations of the Financial Times. However, she says she received "significant" positive flows yesterday. It was the troubled links with controversial German financier Lars Windhorst and the presence of illiquid, albeit identified, assets in some funds that set the powder keg on fire. The Natixis share lost more than 10% in the battle.

Polluter pays. Fiat Chrysler and Volkswagen are among the manufacturers that would face the highest fines in the European Union in 2021 for non-compliance with emission limits, according to AlixPartners, corroborating previous studies. The Italian-American could have to pay €746 million, while the German would receive €1.83 billion. The firm used the vehicle ranges and pollutant emission levels officialized at the end of 2017 to make these calculations. Fiat Chrysler has signed an agreement with Tesla to reduce the invoice.

On the attack. French consumer association UFC-Que Choisir has launched a group action against Google in France, for violation of the General Data Protection Regulations. The organization blames the American company for the exploitation of its users' personal data and claims compensation.

Nutritional record. Nestlé will adopt the nutri-score on a European scale. Its Director General for France confirmed this in an interview with news agency AFP. Initially, Vevey's group was rather reluctant to deploy this labelling. "The challenge (…) is to find among chocolate powders the one that has the best nutritional quality," he said.

Results hit by Huawei. In the United States, FedEx exceeded expectations over the last quarter, but is unable to provide accurate forecasts for the current year due to a lack of clarity on its legal obligations regarding the US embargo on China on certain electronic products. Micron surpassed the consensus despite the loss of part of its income due to the ban on trading with Huawei on certain products.
