BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, declared to the AMF that on April 5 it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of Valeo's voting rights, following the acquisition of shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.

The American asset management behemoth said it held 13,799,693 Valeo shares representing the same number of voting rights on behalf of the said clients and funds, i.e. 5.64% of the capital and 5.04% of the voting rights of this automotive supplier.
