Feb 22 (Reuters) - Japanese glass manufacturer AGC sold Russian assets to a local company Adamant, Kommersant daily reported late on Wednesday, citing the Russian firm's CEO Sergei Knyazev.

He declined to disclose the size of the deal which included the sale of two glass factories in Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod regions, the newspaper said.

According to Kommersant, AGC suspended investments and cut supplies of its goods to Russia after Moscow's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. (Reporting by Reuters; Editing by Jacqueline Wong)
