11880 SOLUTIONS AG Telegate AG announced the appointment of Franz Peter Weber (42) as the company's new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). At the date of the annual general meeting on 25th of June 2014, he will succeed Ralf Grüßhaber (44) who, after ten years as Board member, will be leaving the company of his own accord on the expiry of his contract by end of June 2014. In its meeting, the Supervisory Board nominated Ralf Grüßhaber for election to the Supervisory Board at the annual general meeting.
Like his predecessor, Franz Peter Weber will be responsible for Directory Assistance, Technology, Finance, Legal Affairs and Regulation. Franz Peter Weber began his career in 2000 as Head of Accounting and Controlling at telegate AG; since 2006, he has been Head of Finance.
