Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, please be informed that the Board at their meeting held on 26 May,2022 had approved the sale of Jack up Rig Deep Driller 7 owned by our step down subsidiary Deep Drilling 7 Pte Ltd subject to approval of shareholders and other requisite approvals. The Sale and Purchase Agreement between the parties was entered into today. The details are as under:
