On March 31, 2020, Richard K. Pertile resigned his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the Company. Mr. Pertile did not have any disagreement with the Company or Board of Directors regarding any matter pertaining to his employment with the Company.




Item 8.01 Other Events

On March 24, 2020, our Director, Gary Roberts was tragically killed in an automobile accident in Alabama. It is undecided at this point in time whether a replacement director will be appointed.
