"The close proximity of the RandomStorm business to our existing Leeds office provides a significant opportunity to create a substantial base in the West Yorkshire region, which will be capable of accommodating all current staff of both businesses and attracting and retaining future talent." Lyons concludes.

RandomStorm employs over 50 staff, mainly based in Leeds and Wetherby; all staff will be incorporated into the Accumuli organisational structure. In addition, RandomStorm's owner managers have agreed to remain with the business for 12 months after completion to manage the transition to Accumuli, and will continue to provide sales and technical leadership to the business.
