Actual Experience plc announced that with increasing levels of interest in the company's analytics services from North America, the company has established a US subsidiary to accommodate customers in those markets.

Actual Experience has also appointed two senior executives to further develop its global sales and marketing activities in response to this increasing interest. Both positions report to CEO Dave Page. Leo McCloskey joins as Chief Marketing Officer, directing the company's global marketing activities. He will also serve as General Manager, Americas to lead the company's operations in North America. Leo's most recent position was Senior Vice President at Intelligent Transportation Society of America, where he directed research and consulting activities in the growing field of connected vehicles and transportation systems. He has particular expertise in introducing new technologies into enterprise and service provider markets. Actual Experience announced the appointment of Colin Hay as Director of Global Sales, with the remit of expanding the company's global sales activities. He joins the company from Grass Valley, where he rebuilt the EMEA sales activities to deliver record levels of growth. Colin has held senior commercial roles in communications companies such as O2 and Motorola.
