ADITYA BIRLA NUVO LTD The Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd. (ABNL) have approved the amalgamation of following subsidiaries with ABNL, on a going concern basis, with effect from the Appointed Date, i.e. 1st October 2015, in accordance with the Scheme of Amalgamation under the provisions of Sections 391 - 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 (or the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and the ancillary rules, as and when notified). This is subject to obtaining of the requisite approvals and subject to the sanction by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat.
a) ABNL IT & ITES Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ABNL,
b) Aditya Birla Minacs BPO Pvt. Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the ABNL IT & ITES Limited, and
c) Indigold Trade and Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of ABNL
