Rob Sully, General Counsel and ESG lead at ADVANZ PHARMA, said: 'ADVANZ PHARMA takes corporate responsibility extremely seriously. We are committed to being a truly sustainable company that puts the interests of our people and patients first. I am incredibly proud of what we do as a company and our achievements. This report is a first step in building on our successes while highlighting those areas where we still need to do more.'

'Going forward, our aim is to build on our ESG ambitions while continuing to minimise our environmental impact with a 5-point plan over the next 5 years: 1. Expanding our women's network and help create a new branch of the HBA (Healthcare Businesswomen's Association) in India. 2. Reduce energy consumption and business travel 3. Measure GHG emissions globally and implement a year-on-year reduction programme to achieve net zero by 2027 4. Assess the ESG performance of our suppliers 5. Focus on more active charity support and allow all staff a day off to volunteer and get involved locally.'
