* Revenues
AEDIAN returned to organic growth in the third quarter of FY2009/2010
in a market environment that has tended to stabilize, with persistent price
pressure but improving demand.

On 31 March 2010, the headcount was up compared to 31 March 2009 as we have
been steadily increasing the number of recruitments. The inter-contract
downtime was flat compared to the same quarter of the previous year.

* Outlook
The resumption of organic growth seen in Q3 is
expected to accelerate in the fourth quarter of FY2009/2010 (April-June 2010).
