African Sun : Dividend Notice

FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, the Board of Directors of African Sun Limited ("African Sun" or "the Company") has declared a final dividend of 0.073027 US cents per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2022 payable in respect of all ordinary shares in issue.

As previously reported, on 28 March 2023 African Sun shareholders approved the termination of the listing of the Company on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange ("ZSE") and the subsequent listing by introduction on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange ("VFEX"). Trading of African Sun shares on the ZSE will be terminated on the 6th of April 2023 while the estimated date of completion of the Company's listing on the VFEX is 14 April 2023.

The dividend will be paid per the following timelines:

Non-resident shareholders' tax and resident shareholders' tax will be deducted from the gross dividends where applicable.

Shareholders who have not yet submitted their banking details or whose banking details have changed from the date of the last submission are requested to submit the same to our transfer secretaries who are Corpserve Registrars (Private) Limited situated at:
