BankInvest Group, Strategic Investments A/S (CPSE:STRINV), funds managed by Lloyd Fonds AG (XTRA:L1OA), Søren Skovbølling, Michael Andersen, Morten Lindblad, Herbert Nathan, Claus Dalsgaard, Ken Jarlfort and Claus Kristiansen (buyers) acquired 5.24% stake in Agillic A/S (CPSE:AGILC) from four major shareholders for DKK 10.5 million on January 14, 2021. Under the transaction, a total of 0.525 million shares were sold for a price of DKK 20 per share. In a related transaction, the buyers acquired 0.58 million in new shares of Agillic for DKK 11.65 million. Michael Andersen invested DKK 2 million. Through the transaction BankInvest increased its investment in Agillic. Michael Andersen will join the Board of Directors of Agillic.

Agillic A/S is a Denmark-based provider of software-based data driven marketing solutions. Automation solution serves as a platform for loyalty clubs and customer communication across various channels. The platform is being delivered on Software as a Service model and customers pay a running subscription for the use of the Agillic platform. The platform offers a range of functionalities for designing, planning, sending and reporting marketing campaigns and personalized messages. In the platform, the Marketing Officer sets up business rules and logic for customer communication without the use of encoding. The content to be used in the digital dialogue with the customer, designed and implemented in the right formats and templates. The final broadcast communication and collection of customer behavior takes place via the platforms' standard modules for in- and outbound marketing channels. The Companyâs customers comprise Matas, Sydbank, Mofibo and Egmont, among others.
