Warp, 9, Inc. announced the addition of Will Chen as Director of Information Technology for the company, as it continues to expand its client roster and grow its team of professionals. Chen will be charged with providing a scalable cloud and operations infrastructure, and integrating Warp 9's internal systems (ticketing, project management, development) into a single portal, which will streamline production and support. Chen brings over 20 years of experience in the IT management space, overseeing website and software maintenance, business operations and budgeting, integrating SaaS-based business systems, and B2B/B2C eCommerce automation and support all for rapidly growing technology companies, including several startups.

Chen recently served in a management position at RightScale, Inc.
