AIMS AMP Capital Industrial REIT Announces Cessation of Appointment of Nicholas Paul McGrath as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director

AIMS APAC REIT is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust. The principal investment objective of the Trust is to invest in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate located throughout the Asia-Pacific region that is used for industrial purposes, including warehousing and distribution activities, business park activities, and manufacturing activities. It operates through two geographical segments: Singapore and Australia. Its portfolio consists of approximately 28 properties, of which 25 properties are located throughout Singapore, and three properties located in Australia. The property portfolio includes logistics, business parks, general industrial, light industrial, and high-tech buildings. The Trust is managed by AIMS APAC REIT Management Limited (the Manager).
