Akso Health Group announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement to issue 35,739,270 units at an issue price of $0.391 per unit for an aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $13,974,054.57 on October 2, 2023. Each unit consisting of one ordinary share of the company, par value $0.0001 per share and a warrant to purchase one share with an initial exercise price of $0.48875.
