Albertsons Companies, Inc. announced that on February 21, 2023, Mr. Hersch Klaff, a director of the Company, resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Klaff's resignation was not the result of any disagreement between Mr. Klaff and the Company, its management, the Board or any committee thereof, or with respect to any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
