Symphony EYC Hires Strategic Retail Expert to Spearhead Northern Europe Sales

Symphony EYC, a global leader in customer driven retailing software and services, today announces the appointment of Marc Darling as Strategic Accounts Director. Darling is tasked with using his significant retail experience to help drive sales of Symphony EYC's shopper relationship management solution across Northern Europe.

Darling joins Symphony EYC from The Logic Group, where he was Retail Sector Manager; responsible for the relationships with leading retailers across the UK, whilst achieving significant wins with their Loyalty services.
As well as this Darling has also worked across the Value Chain, from Supply Chain solutions with JDA; through to EPoS software at both BT Expedite and PCMS Group.

Darling brings with him over 15 years of IT experience where his career has spanned a wide breadth of IT solutions founded on a heritage of 14 years in Retail and Supply Chain roles. In recent roles, he has worked with senior retail executives to help them develop strategies that reward their shoppers, lead to increases in footfall and share of wallet.
