Oldenburg, 26 March 2015. AS Abwicklung und Solar-Service AG i.L. (formerly aleo solar AG i.L., ISIN: DE000A0JM634) generated in the short financial year from 1 May to 31 December 2014 revenue of EUR 0.9 million and recorded EBIT of EUR 2.8 million thanks to other operating income from the reversal of provisions.

The promotional operating business was discontinued on 30 April 2014. Once the liquidation has been concluded, we expect to post at most a negligible liquidation profit, if any.

On December 30, 2014, Robert Bosch GmbH has conveyed its request pursuant to § 327a of the German Stock Corporation Act [AktG] to the liquidators of aleo solar Aktiengesellschaft i.L. to bring about a decision of the company's Shareholders' Meeting to transfer shares of other shareholders (minority shareholders) to Robert Bosch GmbH as the majority shareholder against payment of an appropriate cash compensation (so-called 'squeeze-out'). Robert Bosch GmbH holds directly and indi-rectly more than 95 % of the share capital of aleo solar Aktiengesellschaft i.L. and is a majority shareholder in the sense of § 327a para. 1 sentence 1 of the German Stock Corporation Act [AktG].

The next Annual General Meeting is scheduled for June 18, 2015 in Oldenburg.
