ALPHA SERVICES AND HOLDINGS S.A. Announcement - Purchase of Own Shares - Completion of the Share Buyback Program [27.12.2023]
A. Following the announcement of 21.12.2023, Alpha Services & Holdings (the "Company") announces that during the period between 21.12.2023 and 22.12.2023, it purchased 1,737,000 own shares on the Athens Exchange, at a volume weighted average price of € 1.512 per share and a total cost of € 2,626,263, as part of its share buyback Program approved by the 27.7.2023 ordinary Shareholders General Meeting.
The above-mentioned purchases are analyzed as follows:

Following the above purchases, the Company owns in total 5,855,794 own shares that represent 0.25 % of its issued share capital.
B. Subsequent to the purchases of own shares, as announced on 21.12.2023 and under point
- above, the part of the Company's share repurchase program which corresponds to the period for which approval has been granted by the ECB, that is, until 28.9.2024, was completed. In total, the Company purchased through Goldman Sachs 5,855,794 own shares, at a total cost of € 8,996,229.19.
