AEW UK Long Lease REIT plc has Changed its Name to Alternative Income REIT PLC

Alternative Income REIT PLC is a United Kingdom-based real estate investment trust. The Company's investment objective is to generate a secure and predictable income return, sustainable in real terms, whilst at least maintaining capital values, in real terms, through investment in a diversified portfolio of United Kingdom properties, in alternative and specialist sectors. The majority of the assets in the Company's portfolio are let on long leases which contain inflation linked rent review provisions, which help to underpin income distributions to shareholders with the potential for income and capital growth. The Company may invest in corporate and other entities that hold property. It invests in alternative and specialist real estate sectors, which include leisure, hotels, healthcare, education, logistics, automotive, supported living and student accommodation.
