AMBU ANNOUNCES NEW HEAD OF INVESTOR RELATIONS

Anders Hjort joins Ambu as Head of Investor Relations at Ambu, taking over from Nicolai Thomsen who embarks on new role at Ambu.

As of today, 15 August 2023, Anders Hjort assumes the role as Head of Investor Relations at Ambu. Anders takes over the position from Nicolai Thomsen who will focus his efforts as Director of Strategic Finance after five years of heading up Ambu's Investor Relations team.

Anders Hjort brings expertise from companies, such as SimCorp, GN Store Nord, Nordea Investment Banking and SEB. Additionally, he acts as Vice Chairman of the Danish Investor Relations Association.

Anders will be reporting to Ambu CFO Thomas Frederik Schmidt, who states the following:
