Ampio Pharmaceuticals Appoints Elizabeth Varki Jobes as Member of the Board and as Member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board

Ampio Pharmaceuticals announced the appointment of Elizabeth Varki Jobes, Esq. to serve as a member of the Board and as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board (the 'NCGC'). The appointment of Ms. Jobes expands the Company's Board of Directors from seven members to eight.

She currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Chief Compliance Officer at Amryt Pharmaceuticals Inc., where she led the development and implementation of a global compliance program following the acquisition of Aegerion Pharmaceuticals.
