Anhui Zhonghuan Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300692) signed the share transfer agreement to acquire 64% stake in Huimin Jingcheng Environmental Protection Industry Co., Ltd. from Anhui Shengyun Environment-Protection group Co., Ltd (SZSE:300090) and Anhui Zhonghuan Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300692) for CNY 9.6 million in December 2018. The transaction price includes 10% annualized interest rate for the period from the investment payment date to the delivery date. As a part of transaction, each of Anhui Shengyun Environment-Protection group and Anhui Zhonghuan Environmental Protection Technology will sell their 32% stake respectively. Fore the year ended December 31, 2018, Huimin Jingcheng Environmental Protection Industry had total assets of CNY 69.92 million, net assets of CNY 20.4 million, revenues of CNY 7.95 million and net profit of CNY 0.
