The Agency segment is engaged in the leasing agency business through operation of direct stores, as well as the leasing agency franchise (FC) business through FC stores. The Property Management segment is engaged in leasing management and property subleasing. The Principal Investment and Fund segment is engaged in the real estate investment business for rent and the value-up business to resell real estate. The Others segment is engaged in parking business, co-working business, small office home office (SOHO) and capital management business.
