Appointment of a Technical Director.

Anglo-African Minerals plc (GXG:AAM:G4), the GXG quoted mineral exploration
company focused on West Africa, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hans
Verschuur as Technical Director with immediate effect.

Hans is a professional mining engineer with more than 35 years of international
board experience in a senior management position for International companies
such as; BHP Billiton, Pechiney, Alcan and Rio Tinto.
