ANGLO-AFRICAN MINERALS PLC ( "AAM" or the "Company" )

Exploration Drilling Update for FAR Bauxite Project, Guinea, West Africa

Anglo-African Minerals plc (GXG:AAM:G4), the GXG quoted mineral exploration
company focused on West Africa, is pleased to deliver a drilling update to its
shareholders for its FAR Bauxite Project ("Project") located in Guinea.

The FAR Bauxite Project is located within a 338 km2 exploration licence
approximately 170 km North-East of Conakry. The FAR Project is located near
existing rail infrastructure in the Kindia area of Guinea which is used by UC
Rusal's CBK (Kindia) mining operations.

In October 2014, the Company signed a contract with Toumyne, a drilling
contractor in Guinea, to undertake a further Auger drilling campaign on the
Momo, Elevation and Samaya plateaux located within the Company's 100% owned FAR
Bauxite Project licence area in Guinea, West Africa. The drilling programme
commenced on November 12th 2014 and will last until the year end. The drilling
campaign will comprise approximately 100 drillholes at a 300x300 m grid on the
Elevation and Samaya plateaux, and roughly 600x600 m on the Momo Plateau, with
the aim to provide a better understanding and confidence of the bauxite
potential, which will allow the upgrading of existing Mineral Resource
statements for the property, potentially to create an Indicated Mineral
Resource Statement for Elevation and Samaya, and an Inferred Mineral Resource
Statement for Momo.

In addition, a brief diamond drilling programme comprising 6 holes will also be
completed to provide samples for density and moisture analysis, to confirm the
quality of continuous flight auger drilling results and to confirm the quality
of historical drilling.

The samples from this drilling programme will be prepared in Guinea and
subsequently couriered for analysis to ALS Minerals Laboratory ("ALS") in
Ireland. All sampling, sample preparation and analysis will be accompanied with
full Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) programmes in place. All of
the exploration is being completed to meet the requirements of the Australasian
Code for the Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore
reserves, The JORC Code, 2012 Edition.

SRK Consulting (UK) Ltd ("SRK") is involved in the planning and supervision of
the drilling campaign and will be acting as Competent Person for the future
Mineral Resource estimate updates.

James Lumley, CEO commented: "This drilling campaign is designed to provide a
better understanding and better confidence of the bauxite potential of the
project which will lead to the upgrading of our existing Mineral Resource
statement. We would also like to that this opportunity to say that despite the
Ebola situation in Guinea, we are on track with our development program which
is a credit to our team located on the ground and our drilling contractor
Toumyne."
