Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR
Dominik Maurer has decided to leave as the CFO of Ascom Group and member of the Executive Board to pursue a new career opportunity outside of Ascom. He will still oversee the year-end closing 2023 and leave the company by mid March 2024.
Over the past four years, Dominik Maurer has played a significant role in the transformation of the Ascom Group, in particular in the development of the services and software business. The Board of Directors and the Executive Committee thank Dominik Maurer for his valuable contributions to Ascom and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
Ascom has started the executive search process and will announce a successor in due course.
