Further to the announcement of ASF Group Limited ("ASF") dated 20 January 2013 in relation to the placement by Key Petroleum Limited ("Key") to ASF of new shares for the total subscription amount of $1,175,815, ASF announces that it has subscribed for additional shares through a further placement by Key ("Second Placement").
Pursuant to the Second Placement, ASF has agreed to pay an additional $292,119.06 to subscribe for 22,470,697 fully paid ordinary shares of Key at a price of 1.3 cents per share, taking its holding to 19.9% of the enlarged issued capital of Key.
