SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of Asia Cassava Resources Holdings Limited (the "Company') dated 17 September 2020 in relation to the discloseable transaction - Provision of the Loan (the "Announcement'). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board of the Company hereby supplement that the ultimate beneficial owner of the Borrower is Mr. ZHU Geng Wen.

In addition, due to inadvertent error, it was stated mistakenly in the Announcement that the date of entering into the Loan Agreement was 29 August 2020. The Board of the Company hereby clarify that the date of entering into the Loan Agreement between the Lender and the Borrower should be 17 September 2020.
