Assore Limited announced that its headline earnings for the first half of the financial year to 31 December 2016 are anticipated to increase to between ZAR 925 million (increase of 260.8%) and ZAR 230 million (increase of 302.0%) compared to ZAR 738 million recorded in the first half of the previous financial year. Attributable earnings are anticipated to increase to between ZAR 005 million (increase of 326.9%) and ZAR 325 million (increase of 378.9%) compared to ZAR 614 million recorded in the first half of the previous financial year. The increased earnings are anticipated to increase headline earnings per share for the six months ended 31 December 2016 to between ZAR 18,66 (increase of 261.0%) and ZAR 21.61 (increase of 302.2%) per share from ZAR 7.15 per share for the six months ended 31 December 2015 and attributable earnings per share to between ZAR 19.43 (increase of 327.2%) and ZAR 22.53 (increase of 379.3%) per share from ZAR 5.94 per share for the six months ended 31 December 2015.
